Promoting the public good and the welfare of the Gateway Community Council area
The Gateway Community Council serves members of the Gateway Community by:
Disseminating information and providing a forum for discussion on issues of interest to the community.
Initiating, organizing, or providing support for activities which benefit the community.
Facilitating communication between the Mat-Su Borough and the community.
Providing a platform where community concerns can be discussed and solutions found.
Overseeing Community Assistant Grants
The Gateway Community Council generally meets once per month on the second Wednesday of the moth.Â
